This limited edition Seiko 5 Sports model recreates a popular 1960s Seiko design famously worn by Eugene Kranz, the legendary NASA Flight Director involved in multiple Apollo missions. The original watch became an icon in the watch world, known as the ultimate “tool watch,” and helped shape the legacy of Seiko 5 Sports and the SKX series.
Staying true to its heritage, this model features a bi-directional bezel, vintage Seiko 5 emblem, and a silver-tone dial with black-and-white day-date display. A multi-link stainless steel bracelet adds vintage charm and detail. Powered by Seiko’s in-house 4R36 automatic movement, it offers a 41-hour power reserve and 100m water resistance.
