Our Promise

  • The items we sell online are in stock and available in store.
  • In the rare event an item is unavailable if it has just been sold in store, we will inform you immediately and provide you alternative suggestions or we will order the item for you if available.
  • We dispatch the items ordered as promptly as we can to try our very best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but please bear in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas, delays may occur with the carriers, which is out of our control.

Royal Mail – Next Working Day (UK Mainland only)

Free Next Day Delivery (by 1pm) when you spend over £100

  • Select ‘Next Day delivery’ when ordering on-line
  • Cost for Next Day UK Mainland delivery by 1pm is £6.95 for orders under £60 (delivered next working day if ordered before 3pm Mon- Thurs).
  • Always quote your full postcode when ordering
  • Orders placed after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following working day.


We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) which means you will need to sign for your order. If you are not available when it is being delivered Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays or problems out of our control caused by the carrier, however we will do everything we can to help resolve any delivery issues.

Orders under £35 will be sent with a flat pack to fit through your letterbox and over £35 and above will be supplied with packaging.

In the event of a delays/losses in the post, due to their constraints/policy, Royal Mail can only deal with postal delays/losses from 14 working days after the delays/losses occurred. To make a claim, a lost in Post Claim Form must be completed and made to Royal Mail within 28 working days of the dispatch.
