Click & Collect

In case you can’t wait at home for your order to be delivered or you are popping in town or even if you want to be 100% sure that the special gift your purchased will make it on time for your special occasion  (i.e: Christmas) our Click & Collect service is offered free of charge from our store in Wolverhampton.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a delivery confirmation email to confirm that your item is ready to collect in store.


Payment for your order will be taken in full from your debit/credit card once it has been purchased  through our website. You won’t need to pay anything when you get to store, but please bring the card you purchased your item with to verify that the order belongs to you.

Collecting your order

To protect your purchase, you must collect your item in person, we cannot give your order to anyone else operating on your behalf.

For security reasons we will be required to make some checks before we process your collection. So please bring the following items along with you:

  • Photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport, Citizen Card)
  • Your confirmation email
  • Payment card (must be signed)

You will need to sign for your order, at which time we will check that your signature matches that of your payment card.

When can I collect my purchased items?

Your purchase will be available for collection as soon as we have informed you it is ready to be collected and during our opening times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Thursday 9.30am - 5.30pm                         
Saturday 9am – 5pm

Terms and Conditions

  • Click & Collect is available on orders placed at www.tahenn.com
  • Click and Collect is not available with Interest Free Credit.
  • The Click & Collect service is provided free of charge.
  • Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
  • The collection date is dependent on the item being available. Should an item just been sold in store and the stock availability not yet updated on the site we will call to inform you and confirm whether you would still like us to source the item for you.
  • When collecting your order in store, you must show your Photo ID, a copy of your confirmation email and the original card used to pay for the order.
  • Orders can only be collected by the person placing and paying for the order. We are not authorised to hand the order over to any other persons for security reasons.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Click & Collect service at our discretion.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to our general terms and conditions of purchase.
