At T A Henn we want your purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by Royal Mail special delivery and will reach you within three to seven working days.
**If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our 'normal' 3-7 day delivery, we will contact you.
These prices are subject to the parcel weighing no more than 1 kg. Parcels weighing over 1 kg will be quoted separately.

All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

Please note - From time to time we may be required to place a special order for your specific ring direct from our supplier as occasionally more popular sizes may be out of stock.
Should this be the case and we are unable to dispatch your order within our 'normal' 3-7 working days delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.

Store collection is free for all orders.
For your security, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store. They must bring along the payment card used to place the order and their order number. If you ordered as a gift for someone else, the recipient cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the shop within 28 days.
