At T A Henn we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.
Items can be returned direct to TAHenn within 14 days*. Please ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless T A Henn is at fault. These are earrings (owing to hygiene reasons), and personalised or engraved items. Cleaning products cannot be returned if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Alternatively, purchases may be returned to our store when you will be given a refund or an exchange. T A Henn & Son Ltd will only be liable to refund the cost of, or exchange the item(s). We will not be liable for any other losses incurred.
When returning items to TAHenn, the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by the whole dispatch note. For your benefit and security in the event of a return you should send the goods back to TAHenn by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

*The 14-day return policy is only valid for purchases made online at http://www.tahenn.com. If you make a purchase in our store the returns policy is 14 days. Please refer to your receipt in event of a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund policy
The procedures set out here to return an item or cancel an order do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures outlined in our Returning an item section.
If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period.
There are two easy ways to return an item:
This is the quickest way to obtain a refund.
Place the item into its original presentation box.
Take it along to the Wolverhampton shop, together with the dispatch note.
If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange it for you.
If you require a refund, please bring with you the payment card used to place the order.
If you received the item as a gift, you will be reimbursed with a gift voucher, for the cost of the item.
You will be refunded on the credit/debit card you used to place the order within 28 days.

Place the item into its original presentation box and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place the dispatch note into the parcel.
If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the payment card used to place the order.
Refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. If you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the item. If a recipient does want to return a gift, we will exchange it for a gift voucher to the value of the gift at our shop or on our website within the cooling off period.

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 14 days, which includes the minimum statutory cooling off period of 7 days. This period starts the day after you receive your goods and ends 14 days later.
Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee, unless T A Henn is at fault. These are pierced jewellery and personalised or engraved items.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by telephoning us. You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.
If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the items you keep.
